Do I have to have a contract?

No. We offer a flexible pay-as-you-go option for those one-off or urgent HR requests.

Do I need to commit long-term?

Not at all. Our support is designed to fit around your business needs, not tie you down. You can work with us on a flexible basis, whether that’s one-off advice or ongoing support. Our retained contracts are a maximum of 12 months.

Do you offer one-off or ongoing support?

Yes, both. You can contact us for ad-hoc HR advice when something urgent comes up, or we can provide ongoing retained support for consistent peace of mind.

How are your services priced?

Pricing depends on whether you choose a retained package or pay-as-you-go support. We’ll discuss your needs first and agree the right fit. Retained packages vary by level of support and employee head count, while pay-as-you-go rates are fixed. We pride ourselves on fair pricing in-line with your needs.

Will my price go up if I employ more people?

Our prices are based on the size of your business, and your initial quote reflects this. If your team grows significantly, we’ll review your package together to make sure it still fits your needs.

What if my needs change?

We understand that businesses evolve. That’s why we build in a three-month review into all our packages, giving you the option to scale up or down your level of support. We’re flexible.

Can you work alongside our in-house HR team?

Yes. We can provide on-site consultants or remote support to give your team the extra pair of hands they need. Whether it’s a short-term project like an HR audit or a larger initiative such as TUPE support or a new HR system implementation, we work side by side with your team.

What size of business do you work with?

We specialise in supporting small to medium-sized businesses but also work with larger organisations needing flexible HR support.
